McHenry, MD – Northern Garrett High School senior Bradie Moore has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Garrett College.

"I picked Garrett College to pursue an education towards an engineering degree, to be a part of a great competitive baseball club under Coach [Eric] Hallenbeck and still being part of my local community," said the senior standout.

"I remember watching a playoff game at Northern a couple of years back. Bradie came in relief and after a couple of warmup pitches I was like, 'Who's this kid?' I knew that day I needed to try and sign him," said Hallenbeck, GC head baseball coach. "Bradie reminds me a lot of another local talent, Greg Beachy, who pitched for me back in '07 and '08 – hardworking, goes about his business, loves to compete and a quality person on and off the field.

"Hopefully Bradie has the same success Beachy had here. Greg beat Potomac State, Hagerstown, Chesapeake, Montgomery and Catonsville all in one year," added Hallenbeck.
